Delete Account & Data - Metuka 💗

You can delete your account and all your data in Metuka at any time, directly from the app.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Metuka.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent - data cannot be recovered after you confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by emailing youroffice770@gmail.com from your account's email address. We will process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

All of your personal and health data: glucose readings, food logs and notes, estimated due date, your name, your clinician's email, app settings, and your account email address. Nothing is retained after deletion.
